Ingredients of Punjabi Curry

  1. You need 2 tsp of desi ghee.
  2. You need 2 of tomato chopped.
  3. It's 3 of Onion chopped.
  4. It's 1 of green chilli.
  5. Prepare of Curd.
  6. It's of Basen.
  7. Prepare of Kasuri methi.
  8. It's of Some regular spices.
  9. It's 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.

Punjabi Curry step by step

  1. Take a preesur cooker add cumin seeds and onion,tomato chopped,green chilli and ginger garlic paste and salt red chiili powder and turmeric powder. And all regular spices and fry it..
  2. Then masala is ready and chooped potato and put ito the potao and then mix well..
  3. And add curd into basen and then blend it. And mix it well in full flame again and again. Then add katuri methi.
  4. Then pujabi curry is ready to eat and serve wth rice or chapati..
